TASKSCAN · rubric v1

Which occupations have the most exposed tasks?

Occupations ranked by importance-weighted task exposure. A high number means more of the work looks automatable on the four rubric axes — it is not a statement about jobs.

No occupation pages are published yet

Occupation pages are generated from the O*NET task statements and the BLS wage table the owner downloads, then scored in batches. That run has not happened in this checkout yet, so there is nothing to rank. The methodology page explains the rubric, and the Task Sorter scores your own tasks right now.

Task statements and occupation data come from the O*NET database (CC BY 4.0). They were modified for this site: tasks were scored and summarised here. The U.S. Department of Labor did not approve these modifications. Wages and employment are public domain from the BLS Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics program.

Rankings use the importance-weighted mean of each occupation's task exposures. Rubric v1. Page generated 2026-10-28.
