One payment

The optional report is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Its price is shown before checkout. Stripe processes the payment; this service does not receive your card number.

Request a refund

If your result fails to generate or is unusable, contact us within 7 days for a refund. Include the relevant Stripe receipt or the first eight characters of your result id so Iggy Mwangi can identify the payment. Do not send card details or your full private link.

Deletion and access

Anyone holding a result link can read, export or delete it. Deleting removes the input and output; an unlinked order record containing the session id and amount remains for accounting. See the privacy policy and terms.
